Sunehri means golden.

Sunehri Avenue began with a quiet longing for home, for community, for spaces that feel warm and familiar.

After moving far from the place we grew up, we found ourselves searching for that feeling again: the comfort of shared time, creativity, and being around people without needing a reason.

In seasons of becoming, what felt most golden to me wasn’t a place, but the moments created with others…sitting at a table, making things by hand, talking, laughing, and feeling at ease. That’s where Sunehri Avenue comes from.

Today, Sunehri Avenue exists as a way to recreate those moments. Through guided, offline creative gatherings, we bring people together to slow down, create, and build a sense of belonging….one shared table at a time.

WHO ARE WE?

Sunehri Avenue is a place to slow down, gather, and create together.

Everything we offer is rooted in shared tables, gentle guidance, and the belief that making things by hand brings people closer.

Founded by sisters Ayesha and Haaniah, Sunehri Avenue grew from our own experience of moving from Dubai to suburban New Jersey. In that transition, we felt the quiet shift that so many people in suburbia know well. Life becomes comfortable, but connection can feel harder to come by.

We host offline creative gatherings, guided workshops, and community events designed to feel warm, welcoming, and unhurried. Spaces where conversation flows naturally and creativity becomes a shared language.

Beyond our gatherings, we share occasional notes from Sunehri Avenue. Creative prompts, reflections, and moments from the table, sent thoughtfully a few times a month.

We also curate private gatherings, from birthdays and bridal showers to intimate celebrations, brand collaborations, and team offsites. Each designed with care to feel personal, meaningful, and true to the moment.

  • No two gatherings are the same. Each one starts gently, allowing everyone to arrive and ease into the space. Light creative prompts are offered as invitations, not instructions, leaving plenty of time to create, connect, and move at your own rhythm before a soft, unhurried close.
